Essential Tasks
- Lead and coordinate cyber security services, projects, programs and operational initiatives.
- Oversee service delivery performance, governance, reporting and quality assurance.
- Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and priorities across complex environments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executives, technical specialists and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading ICT, cyber security, service delivery, project or program delivery functions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including performance and capability development.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Experience managing governance, competing priorities, risks and business improvement initiatives.
