Security Specialist - Vulnerability Assessment | TSPV/PA Cleared

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role.
This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. We are committed to a non-discriminatory hiring process but, unfortunately, cannot provide visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.

Essential Tasks
- Conduct security investigations across infrastructure assets and devices using established practices
- Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and analysis of security findings
- Assist with threat profiling and analytical activities to identify risks and recommend remediation actions
- Work with stakeholders and system owners throughout investigations and security assessment activities
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring or security controls testing activities
- Exposure to vulnerability assessment and basic penetration testing using commercial security tools
- Understanding of intrusion detection, anomalous activity and security event analysis
- Experience or knowledge in threat intelligence, threat assessment or threat modelling
