Project Delivery Assurance Lead | ICT Portfolio Governance
Support ICT project delivery assurance across a complex Australian Government technology environment. This role focuses on portfolio reporting, project governance, delivery assurance and executive insights, helping improve project visibility, reporting quality and strategic decision-making. Work closely with senior stakeholders on ICT investments and delivery commitments.

Contract Duration: 16 November 2026 – 15 November 2027, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions.
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
- Coordinate ICT portfolio reporting, consolidating project progress, milestones, funding, benefits, dependencies and delivery risks.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reports and enterprise reporting products to support informed decision-making.
- Review and quality-assure project artefacts, including Change Management Plans, Benefits Management Plans and Project Transition Plans.
- Coordinate project health checks, post-implementation reviews and assurance activities, documenting findings, recommendations and lessons learnt.
- Demonstrated experience in ICT project delivery assurance, portfolio reporting or project governance within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to consolidate project information, identify reporting inconsistencies and communicate delivery risks.
- Experience developing executive reporting products, portfolio dashboards and project assurance documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior executives, project managers, governance teams and delivery stakeholders.
