Finance Officer - SAP & Concur | 6-Month Government Contract
Join a busy finance team supporting the accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day financial operations. This opportunity suits a detail-oriented Finance Officer with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, solid reconciliation skills, and hands-on capability with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur. You will play a key role in processing invoices, managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth financial services in a fast-paced environment.
Location: NSW
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible 6-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Police Check required

Essential Tasks:
- Process invoices, credit card transactions, and related finance activities accurately and on time
- Monitor finance enquiries and provide timely advice in line with service standards
- Reconcile invoice, purchase order, and receipt discrepancies and follow up outstanding receivables
- Support audits, system testing, process improvements, and upkeep of SOP documentation
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur
- High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and transaction processing skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
