Senior Compliance Officer – Debt Recovery | Baseline Clearance Required:
Are you a confident senior compliance professional with strong debt recovery, stakeholder management, and decision-making experience? This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage complex recovery actions, interpret legislation and policy, and provide clear advice to support strong compliance outcomes.
Location: QLD, VIC
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage complex debt recovery actions.
- Conduct and report on recovery activities in line with legislation, policy, and standards.
- Liaise with debtors, legal practitioners, clients, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare clear advice and identify improved work practices and control enhancements.
- Strong experience in compliance, debt recovery, or complex case management.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, procedures, and compliance tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited direction and deliver quality outcomes.
