Senior Investigator – Fraud, Compliance & Payment Integrity
Are you an experienced investigator ready to work on complex and sensitive matters that support fraud control, compliance and payment integrity outcomes? This APS6-equivalent contract opportunity will see you conduct investigations, manage evidence, prepare briefs and reports, and work closely with stakeholders, partner agencies and third parties.
Location: State Office Locations
Contract Duration: 12 months from commencement, with a 6-month extension option noted in the RFQ
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Negative Vetting 1 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Conduct complex and sensitive investigation activities.
- Assess and plan cases, conduct interviews and prepare statements.
- Collect, secure and manage evidential material and confidential information.
- Prepare investigation reports and briefs of evidence for referral.
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations, or equivalent.
- Experience conducting complex investigations in line with relevant standards.
- Strong evidence management, interviewing and report-writing capability.
- Ability to engage professionally with staff, clients, providers and partner agencies.
