Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve business processes to lift efficiency, effectiveness, and automation outcomes
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, data flows, and system interactions
- Produce quality artefacts including process models, business cases, data models, and capability documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support solution options for complex business needs
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis across complex programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong skills in business process improvement, requirements definition, and business situation analysis
- Ability to engage stakeholders, lead discussions, and produce high-quality documentation for senior audiences
