Location: Canberra or Sydney

Essential Tasks:
- Review payroll processes, controls, and workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps
- Deliver quick-win improvements to increase payroll accuracy, accountability, and process consistency
- Assess payroll, rostering, and time & attendance integrations to identify system and data issues
- Produce clear documentation, SOPs, process maps, and end-of-contract recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll management within complex environments
- Proven business analysis experience supporting systems and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with rostering, time & attendance systems, and payroll transformation initiatives
