Business Analyst - Hands-On
Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys being hands-on with stakeholders, workshops and requirements documentation? This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced delivery team supporting a high-profile secure program, where you will capture business needs, translate them into quality documentation and support delivery from discovery through to implementation.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months + extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance mandatory

Essential Tasks:
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Document business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution and delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated Business Analyst experience delivering complex ICT projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience writing Azure DevOps PBIs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to produce functional specifications, process maps and quality documentation.
