The Role

Help shape the future operating model of a large, complex organisation by reviewing existing business functions and enterprise architecture artefacts, identifying gaps and opportunities, and recommending practical, high-impact improvements across people, process, policy and technology.
 
Responsibilities

• Review current business functions, capability models and related architecture artefacts
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities across the enterprise landscape
• Produce updated “current state” models and clear, actionable architecture reports
• Recommend solution options and uplift pathways aligned to organisational strategy

 
Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Business Architecture within complex environments
• Strong capability modelling and business function analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills (technical + non-technical)
• High-quality documentation and reporting, with a pragmatic solution mindset
