This role is ideal for a senior Business Architect who can translate complex organisational goals into practical business solutions, lead capability mapping and blueprinting, and work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic roadmaps, co-design outcomes and measurable transformation.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead business architecture activities that inform strategy, investment roadmaps and future initiatives
- Develop business capability models, operating models and related architecture artefacts
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and co-design sessions to define needs and align delivery
- Produce key deliverables including business and functional specifications, risk plans and status reporting
- Strong business architecture capability across enterprise strategy, operating models and transformation
- Experience with TOGAF, government architecture principles and strategy-to-execution approaches
- Strong modelling skills across BPMN, capability maps, process maps and user journeys
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex business needs into actionable outcomes
