This role is ideal for an experienced ICT Change Analyst with strong skills in change planning, training development, stakeholder engagement and communications across Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery environments. Contract Duration: 12 months, with up to 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Develop change, communications and stakeholder engagement artefacts.
- Support training planning and create user guides, videos and learning modules.
- Contribute to benefits realisation planning, metrics and evidence-based outcomes.
- Work with project teams to support end-user transition and ICT adoption.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an ICT Change Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies in Wagile, Agile and Prince2 environments.
- Experience assessing training needs and preparing practical training materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
