Essential Tasks:
- Design and deliver targeted change and communications activities for IT/data initiatives
- Translate technical change into clear business impacts, actions, and benefits for audiences
- Support governance through timelines, milestones, and executive/board-ready briefings
- Coordinate training and readiness activities to uplift capability and adoption
- Demonstrated experience delivering comms/change for IT initiatives (end-to-end adoption)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills in ambiguous environments
- Excellent writing skills for executive briefs, papers, and presentations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced delivery settings
