Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business readiness plans including training, engagement, and deployment activities.
- Assess readiness across user groups and implement plans to close any gaps.
- Provide support during transition periods and monitor engagement outcomes.
- Define and lead a sequence of activities to ensure stakeholder commitment and readiness.
Key Criteria:
- Experience managing business change and readiness in complex environments.
- Ability to assess and improve organisational readiness for large-scale change.
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current NV1 security clearance required; NV2 preferred.
