Join a critical CIAM operations team supporting large-scale identity and access management platforms in a complex digital environment. This role suits an APS6-level Software or Operations Engineer with strong incident investigation skills, CIAM platform experience, automation capability and a practical understanding of authentication and authorisation flows.
Location: QLD, ACT, VIC or NSW
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 1 x 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and systemic platform issues.
- Monitor the CIAM platform, investigate alerts and support service reliability.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual overhead.
- Write and maintain SOPs, support release activities and report on CIAM performance.
- Proven ability to analyse logs and identify system behaviour or performance issues.
- Strong scripting and automation capability to resolve systemic issues.
- Experience supporting enterprise CIAM platforms and IAM protocols including OIDC, OAuth2.0 and SAML.
- Ability to write and follow SOPs while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
