Cyber Business Analyst – Cyber Risk, Governance & Zero Trust Uplift
Compas is seeking experienced Cyber Business Analysts for supporting a major cyber capability uplift program. This role will suit analysts who can operate across cyber risk, governance, assurance, compliance, resilience, and delivery environments, with a strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and broader security uplift activities.
Location: Canberra
Security Clearance Requirement: Have a baseline or higher
Contract length: 12 months with potential extension

Essentila Tasks:
- Support cyber uplift initiatives across risk, governance, compliance, and resilience.
- Gather, analyse, and document business, security, and assurance requirements.
- Work with architecture, delivery, policy, and technical teams to support Zero Trust outcomes.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, process mapping, reporting, and delivery planning.
- Strong Business Analysis experience in cyber security or technology environments.
- Understanding of cyber risk, governance, compliance, assurance, or resilience frameworks.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and delivery requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
