Operations Coordinator – Incident Response & Cyber Operations
Take on a pivotal role supporting high-tempo cyber and security operations in a secure ACT environment. This opportunity suits experienced operations professionals who can coordinate incident response activities, support investigations, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to operational governance across complex security events.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months (possible 12-month extension)
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Coordinate response, governance, and support activities for security incidents and significant events
- Perform operational tasks across incident response and hunt teams, including customer engagement
- Assist with incident response policies and procedures
- Maintain working knowledge across defensive and offensive technical disciplines
- Experience in incident management, investigation, and response activities
- Understanding of information risk management practices
- Ability to support third-party compliance with information security policies and standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills in security operations environments
