Cyber Security Delivery Lead | Baseline | Major Uplift Programs
Compas is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of cyber security uplift initiatives across a complex hybrid technology environment. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused cyber security professional with strong project leadership, security operations, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and technical team leadership experience.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of cyber security uplift programs.
- Manage technical cyber security resources and provide leadership across project teams.
- Support security operations, incident response, remediation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder, vendor, and supplier relationships to achieve delivery outcomes.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale cyber security programs and governance.
- Knowledge of ASD guidance, Essential Eight, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience across cloud, hybrid, Azure, AWS, and enterprise security environments.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and executive communication skills.
