Contract Details
- Contract Duration: January 2026 – 30 June 2026
- Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 security clearance required
- Closing Date: 10:00am, Monday 1 December 2025
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise data architecture for a complex logistics C4I environment, aligned to whole-of-enterprise data principles.
- Plan and oversee data ingestion from ERP, Defence data systems and third-party logistics providers, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Establish and implement data governance and data-centric security (Zero Trust, RBAC) across cloud-based data platforms.
- Collaborate with tech leads, developers, data analysts and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust data models, integrations and documentation.
- 5+ years’ experience in data architecture, data modelling and database design, ideally in logistics or supply chain domains, including large, complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and big data technologies to optimise ingestion, integration, governance and performance.
- Demonstrated experience applying data-centric security, including Zero Trust Architecture and RBAC, in secure-by-design solutions.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or related field, with proven experience using AI/ML or advanced analytics to derive insights from large datasets.
