Compas is seeking an experienced Data Engineer / ETL Developer to support the development, sustainment and optimisation of enterprise data pipelines. This role is ideal for a hands-on data professional with strong SQL, Python, data warehousing and ETL experience in complex technical environments.

Essential Tasks:
- Design, implement and maintain data engineering solutions using SQL and Python.
- Build standardised, well-tested and documented ETL tooling and techniques.
- Fuse data sources using transformation, integration and normalisation methods.
- Conduct data quality checking, remediation and technical documentation.
- 3+ years’ Data Engineering or Data Warehousing experience.
- Strong SQL and Python development capability.
- Experience building scalable ETL and data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively using documentation and tracking tools.
