Job Title: Defence Systems Integration Specialist | Digital Integration & C4ISR Support a complex Land Combat Systems integration program, applying your expertise in systems engineering, tactical networking, C4ISR and digital interoperability. Work alongside specialist technical teams to shape integration solutions across military platforms, communications networks and emerging capabilities.
Location: Symonston, ACT
Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite in Symonston, ACT. Work from home or remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with periodic onsite attendance.
Contract Duration: 23 November 2026 to 30 June 2027, with 2 possible 12-month extensions.: Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance (NV2 preferred).
Closing Date: 10 November 2026, 10:00am.

Essential Tasks:
- Develop technical integration designs, solution documentation and implementation proposals for complex Land Combat Systems.
- Provide specialist advice on digital integration, interoperability, capability development and technical risks across military platforms and networks.
- Assess capability designs, technical requirements, test and evaluation plans, and integration approaches throughout the capability lifecycle.
- Lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagement to support C4ISR integration, systems engineering and future capability development.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or IT, and/or demonstrated specialist technical experience.
- Expertise in one or more areas including tactical or enterprise networking, military C4 software, Tactical Data Links, distributed systems, communications bearers, software engineering or autonomous systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Defence capability development and acquisition processes, including practical experience in systems design, integration, testing, evaluation or sustainment.
- Desirable experience with military C4 systems, Land capability programs, cross-domain stakeholder engagement or technical integration workshops.
