The Role
Are you a CRM expert with a passion for optimising digital marketing solutions? We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to support the expansion and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate and optimise modules across Real-time journeys and Event planning, delivering innovative, data-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and optimisation of Real-time journeys and Event planning modules
- Provide advice on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Support Power Pages event portal configuration and marketing form development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics and automation solutions
- Experience with Real-time journeys and Event planning modules
- Familiarity with Australian privacy laws and government IT processes
