We are seeking an experienced Excel specialist with advanced database development expertise to deliver a stable, integrated Excel-based solution that improves the management of complex program data. This opportunity will suit someone who can streamline multi-spreadsheet environments, connect multiple data sources, reduce manual handling, and strengthen long-term monitoring and reporting across a large scholarship lifecycle.

Essential Tasks:
- Review and improve existing multi-spreadsheet Excel databases for greater stability and usability
- Develop a trusted master Excel repository to manage recipient data across the full program lifecycle
- Integrate data from sources including Qualtrics, SmartyGrants and Excel through scheduled or on-demand refresh
- Reduce manual administration by introducing automation that supports monitoring, reporting and lifecycle workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and database development expertise
- Proven ability to design stable, efficient Excel solutions that minimise data corruption risks
- Experience automating workflows and managing complex data across multiple program phases
- Demonstrated capability integrating data from multiple systems into a single reporting environment
