Responsibilities

• Produce detailed process models to support digital transformation initiatives
• Digitise engineering and technical documentation for improved accessibility
• Collaborate on BMS navigation and redesign of content access interfaces
• Engage stakeholders and apply Agile methodologies using tools like Jira

 
Desired Skills and Experience

• Advanced practitioner-level Holocentric modelling experience
• Knowledge of WCAG, Digital Service Standards, and BPMN 2.0
• Experience with complex Federal Government environments
