Key Duties:
- Lead SPRINT planning, program increments, and delivery activities in partnership with Product Owners
- Conduct RAID monitoring, reporting and serve as the governance secretariat
- Manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Provide feedback on IT user stories and manage change implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects in the government or higher education sectors
- Strong skills in planning, managing SPRINTs, UAT, and RAID logs
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
- Understanding of higher education loan programs or ability to quickly acquire knowledge
