IRAP Assessor –Microsoft Power Platform & Azure Environment
Be part of a major digital transformation enabling climate reporting across government. We're seeking a highly skilled IRAP Assessor to lead the initial security assessment of a cloud-based emissions reporting portal and support additional security initiatives across whole-of-government platforms. You will bring deep expertise in ISM compliance, Microsoft environments, and cloud security assessments.
Location: Canberra, ACT or Remote
Must have an NV 1 clearance or above

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an IRAP assessment of a secure portal built on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure
- Review security architecture, data pipelines, identity federation and audit mechanisms for ISM compliance
- Deliver assessment plans, IRAP reports, ISM compliance checklists, and participate in validation workshops
- Contribute to ongoing tranches assessing diverse systems, from on-prem to secret-level cloud solutions
- IRAP assessor with NV1 clearance, 5+ years ICT experience and 2+ years in security; IRAP certified and ASD exam passed
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure and complex integration assessments
- Up-to-date knowledge of ISM, and active participation in ASD-endorsed workshops and IRAP community activities
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to deliver final reports and debrief findings
