IT Training & Digital Capability Coordinator | Baseline Clearance
Support a major technology adoption and change program by designing, coordinating and delivering practical IT training that improves digital capability across a large, complex environment. This role is ideal for an experienced IT Training or Learning & Development professional who can translate technical information into clear, engaging learning materials and deliver training both virtually and face-to-face.
Location: ACT, VIC, QLD or NSW
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Develop and maintain IT training needs analysis in consultation with stakeholders.
- Create user guides, SOPs, quick reference guides, videos and training materials.
- Plan, schedule and deliver virtual and face-to-face IT training programs.
- Support change initiatives by enabling adoption of new technologies.
- Proven experience in IT training, technical instruction or digital capability uplift.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
- Experience across the full training cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Strong written communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
