Business Analyst – Protected Platform Delivery (Canberra)

Essential Tasks:
- Lead workshops to capture and validate requirements for a phased ServiceNow CRM rollout (MVP through enduring capability)
- Produce and maintain functional/non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to governance
- Support solution design and delivery across key capability areas (customer/user data models, workflows, communications approach)
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and proactively manage risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies
- Strong BA experience delivering complex digital/CRM solutions in secure or regulated environments
- Demonstrated capability with Agile delivery: story refinement, prioritisation, and supporting delivery squads
- Experience eliciting requirements for ServiceNow (CRM/PSDS), workflow enablement, and data modelling is highly regarded
- Ability to work across technical domains (integrations, identity/access considerations, multi-environment deployments)
