Job Title: Lead Data Engineer – Azure Data Factory & Power BI (Enterprise Reporting)
Step into a hands-on lead role delivering an enterprise reporting capability—building robust data pipelines from source systems through to polished, user-facing Power BI reports. You’ll work in a small, collaborative team, partnering closely with business SMEs and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into well-documented, production-ready solutions.

Location: ACT or VIC
- Contract Duration: 6 months + 2x possible 12-month extensions
- Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline (client may require you to obtain this)
- Closing Date: 10am Thursday 26 February 2026
- Design and implement data pipelines using SSMS and Azure Data Factory
- Elicit and document business requirements and rules with SMEs/stakeholders
- Develop, test, and iterate Power BI reports with business users
- Contribute effectively within a small agile team to deliver outcomes end-to-end
- Proven data engineering + reporting delivery across SSMS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI
- Strong stakeholder engagement across both technical and business audiences
- Solid business/data analysis capability with clear documentation skills
- Experience working in agile delivery environments (small team preferred)
