Job Title: Lead Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric & Cloud Data Platforms

Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 12-month extension

Essential Tasks:
- Design and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
- Develop and optimise ETL/ELT workflows across Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms
- Build and manage modern data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse solutions
- Implement governance, security, lineage, monitoring, and reporting integration across Fabric and Power BI
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar data engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
- Experience with OneLake, ADLS Gen2, data modelling, Delta Lake, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric pipelines
- Knowledge of legacy environments including SSAS Multidimensional and SQL Server, plus RLS and security best practices
