Data Warehouse Technical Lead | Power BI, SSIS/SSAS & Azure DevOps Step into a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll sustain, enhance, and deliver enterprise-grade data warehousing and analytics capabilities. You’ll lead data modelling and integration efforts, uplift performance and governance, and work closely with stakeholders to turn reporting needs into robust, scalable solutions.


Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid)

• Contract Duration: 12 + 12 months (extension option)
• Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current NV1 clearance
• Closing Date: 10:00am Friday 23 January 2026

Essential Tasks

• Lead data warehouse sustainment and delivery across a complex enterprise environment
• Design logical/physical models (dimensional schemas) and SSAS Tabular models
• Build and maintain ETL integrations using SAP Data Services and Microsoft SSIS
• Develop Power BI dashboards (DAX/semantic models) and uplift CI/CD via Azure DevOps/Git

Key Criteria

• 5+ years in large-scale data warehousing (ETL, dimensional modelling, optimisation)
• Strong SQL Server ecosystem skills: SSIS, SSAS, plus Power BI and Azure DevOps (Git/CI-CD)
• Proven leadership: mentoring, standards, stakeholder engagement, delivery ownership
• Experience working in large government environments
