Essential Tasks:
- Develop and maintain ICAM policies, standards, governance frameworks and assurance artefacts.
- Translate MFA and Zero Trust authentication concepts into clear policy guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead or contribute to privacy, data protection and identity governance activities, including auditability and logging considerations.
- Engage senior stakeholders and uplift existing operational processes to align with modern best practice.
- Proven experience in IGA/ICAM governance, policy development and assurance documentation.
- Strong understanding of MFA, Zero Trust Architecture and identity-related privacy obligations.
- Ability to align internal governance with ISM, DSPF and NIST frameworks.
- Experience with federated authentication and modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.
