Senior Master Scheduler – Integrated Program Delivery (Baseline Cleared)
Shape the delivery of complex, multi-stream programs by building and maintaining an integrated master schedule that keeps milestones, dependencies, and critical paths on track. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear scheduling insight, manage change control, and drive continuous improvement across scheduling practices.
Location: Canberra | Brisbane | Melbourne
Contract Duration: ASAP start until September 2026, with a 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current Baseline clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Develop and manage integrated schedules across multiple streams, including critical path and dependencies
- Lead schedule baseline and change control, ensuring artefacts and logs are maintained
- Provide impact analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and milestone tracking to support delivery
- Prepare and present clear schedule and delivery risk reporting to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex integrated schedules across large programs or portfolios
- Strong capability with automated scheduling and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends/risks and resolve complex scheduling issues
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
