Essential Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain program/project schedules and milestone uploads in the nominated tool
- Automate the upload of scheduling milestones to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Support key program forums by attending meetings and coordinating schedule impacts
- Maintain records and provide knowledge transfer to uplift scheduling capability
- Strong experience creating and managing complex program/project schedules
- Ability to automate or streamline scheduling/milestone management processes
- Confident stakeholder engagement with clear communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of government-style program delivery and operating environments
