Master Scheduler – High-Profile Infrastructure Program
Take ownership of an integrated program-level master schedule for a large, complex infrastructure program. This is a key advisory role requiring strong scheduling discipline, critical path analysis, executive-ready reporting, and the confidence to challenge assumptions in a high-scrutiny delivery environment.
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 1 x 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and maintain the integrated program-level master schedule.
- Analyse critical path, dependencies, scenarios, risks and schedule variance.
- Provide executive-ready schedule reporting, visuals and briefing inputs.
- Maintain baselines, change history and evidence to support audit readiness.
- Demonstrated experience leading program-level scheduling in complex environments.
- Strong Microsoft Project skills, including baselines, dependencies and critical path.
- Ability to challenge unrealistic timelines and recommend re-baselining.
- 5+ years’ experience as a dedicated Master Scheduler in complex programs.
