Master Scheduler | Resource Planning & Scheduling
Design and implement an integrated master scheduling and resource management framework supporting complex government security infrastructure delivery. This Canberra-based role will focus on resource planning, capacity forecasting, scenario modelling and sustainable scheduling practices.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: Contracted until 31 January, with 2 potential 6-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: NV2

Essential Tasks
- Design and implement an integrated resource planning and master scheduling framework.
- Develop integrated, resource-loaded schedules across projects, maintenance and operational work.
- Assess workforce capacity, forecast resource demand and identify constraints and bottlenecks.
- Model delivery scenarios, provide decision-support reporting and develop handover documentation.
- Demonstrated experience establishing complex master schedules for large programs.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
- Strong workforce planning, resource management, forecasting and capacity analysis expertise.
- Advanced analytical and scenario modelling skills in complex, highly regulated environments.
