Lead Network Architect | Multi-Cloud & Secure Infrastructure
Join a major enterprise transformation program where you will shape end-to-end network architecture across hybrid, multi-cloud and modern infrastructure environments. This contract is suited to a senior architect who can provide technical leadership, develop high-quality architectural artefacts, and guide complex network capability design across cloud, datacentre, SD-WAN, wireless and security-focused environments.
Location Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
Contract Duration: 3 months
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1, with the ability to obtain NV2 on request

Essential Tasks:
- Lead the development and review of end-to-end network and capability architecture designs.
- Provide technical guidance across network engineering, integration, deployment, administration and support activities.
- Support complex transition projects and the design and implementation of new ICT capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with approved architectural principles and standards.
- Strong experience in enterprise datacentre, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking or wireless environments.
- Proven background producing architecture artefacts and delivering technical and architectural advice.
- Knowledge of VPNs, SSL, load balancing, routing, GSLB, DHCP and DNS.
- Experience working with security and monitoring tools in large, complex environments.
