Change & Training Lead – Drive Adoption on a Major Canberra Program
Step into a hands-on role shaping how people adopt new processes and systems. You’ll lead end-to-end organisational change activities (stakeholders, comms, readiness and impacts) while also owning the training approach—creating practical learning assets and supporting smooth rollout with measurable adoption outcomes.
Location: ACT (Canberra) Contract Duration: ASAP start – to 30 June 2026

Essential Tasks:
- Plan and execute the OCM strategy, roadmap and key lifecycle touchpoints
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications planning to support readiness
- Run impact assessments and establish feedback/adoption mechanisms
- Deliver training needs analysis plus training materials, sessions and reporting
- Proven experience leading OCM across complex projects and varied stakeholders
- Strong communication planning, engagement and change impact capability
- Training leadership: TNA, instructional design and delivery (guides/CBT/webinars)
- Ability to work confidently in a sensitive environment with governance and deadlines
