ICT Program Manager | Complex Program Delivery
Lead complex ICT programs across data, AI and enterprise applications, providing strategic oversight, governance and stakeholder leadership. These Canberra-based roles require full-time onsite attendance, five days per week.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite – 5 days in office
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
- Provide strategic oversight across complex ICT projects and manage program interdependencies, risks and issues.
- Deliver program dashboards covering financials, milestones, achievements and delivery status.
- Support Project Managers with governance, scope, costs, schedules, benefits and Agile delivery practices.
- Coordinate stakeholders, resources and organisational change activities to support program outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering IT projects of varying size and complexity using multiple delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or complex programs.
- Strong experience working in complex ICT environments, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience leading teams and/or coaching staff.
