Project Support Officer – ICT Procurement & Governance (12-Month Contract)
Support a high-impact, secure ICT sustainment environment by keeping projects on track through sharp coordination, documentation, governance support, and end-to-end procurement assistance. You’ll partner with product managers and stakeholders to ensure clear reporting, disciplined delivery, and smooth information flow across project activities.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months (ASAP start)
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1 – TSPV

Essential Tasks:
- Coordinate planning, scheduling and estimating to meet approved sustainment plans/roadmaps
- Prepare and assist with review/clearance of project documentation
- Support governance activities including stakeholder engagement and risk support
- Facilitate ICT hardware/software procurement from planning to asset registration
- Demonstrated experience providing project coordination/support in an ICT environment
- Strong documentation skills (briefs, reports, registers) with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting procurement processes and/or ICT asset lifecycle activities
- Confident stakeholder communication and ability to work within governance frameworks
