Lead end-to-end release coordination and business operations across critical aged care systems, with responsibility for release delivery, major incident management, service continuity and operational performance.

Contract Duration: 12 months with one 12-month extension option

Essential Tasks
- Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of system releases across key programs.
- Drive major incident response, triage and resolution to maintain system availability.
- Lead BAU operations to support consistent service delivery and issue management.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Strong capability in end-to-end release coordination across complex ICT environments.
- Experience leading major incident management and resolving critical system issues.
- Demonstrated experience managing BAU operations and maintaining service continuity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
