Senior Analytics & Performance Officer (APS6) – Power BI & CRM
Join a specialist federal government commission supporting Australian industry as an APS6 Senior Engagement and Performance Analytics Officer. Essential Tasks:
- Analyse and interpret operational data, processing analytical results and presenting them in clear, actionable formats for decision-makers.
- Conduct research, integration and evaluation of data to support governance, performance and service quality reporting.
- Use Power BI and Dynamics 365 CRM to develop and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation and reports for publication and respond to a range of governance, corporate and client reporting requirements.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting and performance analytics within complex organisations.
- Proficiency with Power BI and CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) for dashboarding and insights.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and confidently present findings to diverse audiences.
