Senior Azure Data Developer | Hybrid Across Australia
Are you an experienced Senior Data Developer ready to lead the design and delivery of modern Azure-based data solutions? This opportunity will see you working across data innovation, cloud platform development, analytics and visualisation projects, helping solve complex business problems through scalable, high-quality data solutions.
Location: Hybrid – any Australian capital city
Minimum 2 days per week in office
Contract Duration:
2 roles available:
Role 1: 3 months initial contract + 3 month extension option
Role 2: 6 months initial contract + 6 month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement:
Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Lead technical design and development across Azure-based data projects.
- Design and develop ETL processes, data workflows and data integration solutions.
- Build data warehouse, data lake, database and analytics solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical business solutions.
- 3+ years’ experience in data development.
- Strong Azure data services experience, including ADLS, SQL DB, Synapse and Blob Storage.
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub and Power BI.
- Experience working in Agile environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
