Job Title: Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer – Enterprise Cloud Uplift (IaC + DevOps) Join a high-performing infrastructure team delivering resilient, secure Azure-based systems supporting critical services. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure delivery, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and help uplift engineering practices through strong automation and mentoring.

Location: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS

• Contract Duration: 6 months (possible 12-month extension)
• Security Clearance Requirement: NV1 highly preferred (ability to obtain as required)
• Closing Date: Friday 30 January 2026 @ 10:00am (Canberra Time)

Essential Tasks

• Design, implement and test Azure infrastructure solutions aligned to business needs
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code issues
• Own delivery outcomes across packages of work (reliability, security, maintainability)
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to on-call support

Key Criteria

• Strong enterprise Azure experience (e.g., Functions/Web Apps, Storage, Service Bus/Event Hub, AAD/AAD B2C, APIM, Key Vault, Azure SQL/SQL MI, identity governance)
• Proven Azure DevOps CI/CD delivery using ARM and/or Bicep templates
• Experience migrating and managing solution infrastructure on Azure
• Confident stakeholder engagement plus strong risk and infrastructure management skills
