Senior Business Analyst | Trade Reform Program
Join a major digital trade modernisation program supporting business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement across complex ICT work packages. This role is ideal for a Senior Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience producing quality BA artefacts and confidence working across mixed delivery methodologies.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Support strategic planning, process mapping and business modelling activities.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business scenarios, requirements and improved processes.
- Develop business, functional and technical specifications.
- Work with multiple stakeholder groups to identify, document and communicate business needs.
- High-level understanding of business value related to features and functions.
- Ability to lead and facilitate business analysis and requirements gathering workshops.
- Experience delivering BA artefacts including functional and non-functional requirements and process flow diagrams.
- Proven experience working in mixed software delivery methodologies, including waterfall, SAFe or hybrid.
