Essential Tasks
- Develop managers’ and staff understanding of change and translate this into day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide specialist advice, education and coaching on change management methodologies, processes and best practice.
- Assess change readiness and stakeholder impacts, undertaking research and analysis to provide recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate change activities across teams, identify risks and prepare reports, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
- Demonstrated change management experience, with Prosci or similar qualifications desirable.
- Experience in digital health, interoperability or government ICT environments.
- Experience supporting project governance, reporting and assurance activities.
- Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
