Senior ERP Business Analyst – HR Systems & ERP Uplift
Are you an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst with strong HR systems experience? This is an exciting opportunity to support a major ERP uplift program, helping modernise and unify business-critical ERP capability through a secure, cloud-based platform. You will work across HR, finance, procurement and travel management functions, supporting requirements, process improvement, solution design, UAT and transition activities.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 9-month contract with a possible 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline Clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Elicit, analyse and document requirements across HR systems, finance, procurement and travel management functions.
- Define future-state processes and information flows aligned to ERP standard “adopt not adapt” principles.
- Define functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support ERP configuration and integration.
- Support solution design workshops, UAT, business readiness, data validation and go-live transition.
- Strong ERP business analysis experience, ideally including HR systems or HRIS/HCM environments.
- Proven capability in requirements definition and management across complex business systems.
- Experience in business process improvement, business modelling and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of reporting, data models, financial structures, budgeting or performance management processes.
