Senior Business Analyst – ERP, Data & Grants Transformation:
Join a major digital transformation program as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting ERP, data migration, reporting and grants-related initiatives. This role will suit an experienced BA with strong stakeholder engagement skills, structured analysis capability and experience working across complex technology projects.

Location: ACT, VIC or NSW
Contract Duration: 10 August 2026 to 30 June 2027, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
Closing Date: 10:00am, Thursday, 16 July 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Gather reporting and analytics requirements across Finance, HR and Grants stakeholders.
• Support data migration activities including validation, reconciliation and testing.
• Document current-state processes and help define future-state process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping and fit-gap analysis for ERP and business systems.

Key Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years’ Business Analyst experience.
• Experience using structured analysis methods on technology projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to elicit and translate business needs.
• ERP, HR systems, grants, data migration or reporting experience highly regarded.
