Essential Tasks:
- Lead the architecture and design of secure Microsoft 365 environments.
- Oversee technical delivery aligned to milestones, capability and security needs.
- Provide governance across solution design, risk, compliance and service assurance.
- Coordinate cross-team activities and resolve escalated M365 technical issues.
- Strong experience in M365 tenant design, landing zones and service enablement.
- Expertise in governance, lifecycle management, change and release assurance.
- Experience with hybrid integration, Entra Connect and identity federation.
- Strong knowledge of secure ICT frameworks, resilience, backup and data lifecycle.
