Senior Project Manager | Complex ICT Delivery
Lead high-risk and complex ICT projects at an EL2-equivalent level within an Australian Government environment, managing concurrent delivery, budgets, change, requirements and senior stakeholders. The role requires full-time onsite attendance initially before approved hybrid arrangements may be considered.
Location: ACT
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – full-time onsite for 3 months or until the ICT landscape, requirements and project objectives are understood. Flexible arrangements may then be considered, with at least 3 days onsite in Canberra per week.
Contract Duration: To 30 June 2027, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks
- Manage high-risk, complex and strategically important projects concurrently.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project schedules, risks, issues and budgets.
- Develop project plans, implementation plans, benefits plans and status reporting.
- Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate requirements meetings and workshops.
- Project Management Level 6 (SFIA), including complex delivery, governance and risk.
- Financial Management Level 4 (SFIA), including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Organisational Change Management Level 6 (SFIA) across large, complex initiatives.
- Requirements Management Level 5 and Stakeholder Relationship Management Level 5 (SFIA).
